With the countdown to the National Park Service Centennial closely at hand, now is the time to get outdoors and "Find Your Park." This, however, doesn't strictly mean you have to stick to your local NPS options. Come hear about one man's recent journey to three of the Alaskan national parks in his continued quest to visit all of the U.S. national parks (he has been to fifty of the fifty-nine thus far). This presentation will include photos and travel tips about Kenai Fjords National Park, Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve, and Denali National Park and Preserve. It will also include the history and current plights of the National Park Service in "The Last Frontier" state.
